Understanding Delta eSourcing Error Codes

This article explains what to do if you see a short error reference code on screen (for example MC77-Z4B8 or MHRQ-DDZH). These codes help our development team identify exactly what happened so we can resolve the issue quickly.

What to Do When You See an Error Code

1. Note the code exactly as shown, or take a screenshot of the full screen.
2. Note what you were doing when it appeared (for example “uploading a document at Stage 2”).
3. Try a quick reset first: refresh the page, or log out and back in. Many one-off errors clear on retry.
4. If it happens again, contact the helpdesk and quote the code. Do not keep retrying the same action repeatedly.

Things to Note

• Error codes are unique references — the helpdesk can provide this to our development team to look up exactly what a specific code relates to, so always quote it in full.
• A single, one-off error will often clear on refresh; a code that keeps recurring should be reported.
