This article explains how to use the scoring matrix and scorecard features in Delta eSourcing. The scoring matrix provides a structured overview of supplier scores across technical and pricing criteria, helping you compare suppliers at a glance.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- A completed or partially completed evaluation of supplier responses
- The role of Buyer Administrator, Buyer Supervisor, or Buyer Evaluator
Step 1 – Access the Scorecard
- Navigate to your tender exercise.
- Go to the View and Evaluate Responses page.
- Click on Scorecard or View Scorecard.
Step 2 – Review the Scorecard
The scorecard displays supplier scores in a table format. You can view scores in three ways:
- Score – Shows the raw evaluation score for each criteria.
- Marks – Shows the evaluation marks.
- Percentage – Shows scores as a percentage.
Step 3 – Review Score Breakdowns
The scorecard is split into separate tables:
- Overall Scorecard – Combined technical and pricing scores.
- Technical Scorecard – Scores for technical criteria only.
- Price Scorecard – Scores for pricing criteria only.
Step 4 – Export the Scorecard
- Click Export Scorecard to download the results.
- The export can be used for reporting or to support your award decision.
Automatic Scoring
For certain question types, Delta supports automatic scoring. This means supplier answers are scored automatically against predefined criteria, saving time on evaluation. Automatic scoring can be configured when setting up the questionnaire.
