Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- Logged into your supplier account
- Locate the tender opportunity you wish to respond to
- Any supporting documents ready to upload (individual files must not exceed 200 MB)
Finding Your Tender
- Navigate to your Response Manager and find the tender you want to respond to.
- Click on the tender to open it.
Stage 1 – Overview
Once inside the tender, you will land on the Stage 1: Overview page. This page displays:
- An introduction to the tender from the buyer
- Any documents the buyer has provided (such as specifications, terms, or supporting files) — these can be downloaded individually or all at once as a zip file
Review all buyer documents carefully before moving on to prepare your response.
Stage 2 – Prepare Your Response
- From the overview page, click through to Stage 2: Prepare Response.
- Work through each section of the questionnaire, filling in all required fields. These may include:
- Text answers and free-form descriptions
- Yes/No or multiple choice questions
- Dates, currency values, and numerical fields
- Address and country information
- Where a question requires a supporting document, use the upload button on that question to attach the relevant file.
- Click Save regularly as you work — you can return and continue editing at any time before submitting.
- All mandatory questions must be answered before you can submit. Incomplete mandatory questions will be flagged when you try to proceed.
Stage 3 – Review and Submit
- Once you have completed all sections, navigate to Stage 3: Submit Response.
- You will see a summary table listing each section and whether it is complete (shown with a green tick) or incomplete (shown with a red cross).
- If any sections show a red cross, go back to Stage 2 and complete them before continuing.
- Once all sections are complete, click Submit Response.
- A confirmation prompt will appear — click Confirm Response Submission to finalise.
- Your response status will change to Submitted, and you will receive a confirmation email. The buyer will also be notified.
After Submitting
- You can view your submitted response at any time from your Response Manager.
- If you need to make changes before the tender closing date, click Withdraw Response to pull back your submission, make your edits in Stage 2, and then resubmit following Stage 3 again.
- Once the tender closing date has passed, you will no longer be able to submit or withdraw your response.
