Finding the Message Centre (Suppliers)

If you have received a message regarding a tender and would like to locate it within the system, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Delta eSourcing account.

2. Navigate to Response Manager.

3. Select the tender the message relates to.

4. Within the tender, you will see the Message Centre located above Stage 1.

From the Message Centre, you can:

• View messages sent by the buyer

• Send messages to the buyer regarding the tender

• Review previous communication relating to the tender
