Registering on the Central Digital Platform (CDP)
You must register on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) government website to generate your organisation’s unique identifier share code.
- Visit: https://signin.account.gov.uk/enter-email-create
- Create an account or log in using your email address.
- Once logged in, select My Account at the top of the page.
- Scroll to Complete Supplier Information.
- Complete the required information about your organisation.
- Once finished, you will be able to generate your share code.

Finding your PPON
You must first register on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) government website to obtain your PPON reference.
- Visit: https://signin.account.gov.uk/enter-email-create
- Create an account or log in using your email address.
- Once logged in, select My Account at the top of the page.
- You will see the section titled "Organisation identifier" and within this section you will see "Public procurement organisation number (PPON)" followed by your PPON reference.
Registering on Delta eSourcing
How to Register
- Go to the Delta eSourcing login page.
- Select whether you are registering as a Buyer or a Supplier.
- Complete the registration form by entering all required information.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Tick the “I’m not a robot” verification box.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Register.
The system will then confirm if your registration has been successful or notify you if any information needs correcting.
After Registration
You can log in using:
- Username: Your email address
- Password: The password you created during registration
