You may find this article helpful if you are asking:
- I can’t log in to Delta eSourcing, what should I do?
- I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
- I’m not receiving the password reset email.
- The password reset link isn’t working.
- Why does the login page say “page not found” or show a 404 error?
- I’ve just registered, but I can’t log in.
- Which email address should I use to log in?
Check you are on the correct login page
- Go to www.delta-esourcing.com and select Log in.
- Please don’t use an old bookmark or a link from a previous email, as this can lead to a “page not found” (404) message.
- If you still see a 404 on the main login page, refresh the page, try a different browser and contact the service desk if it continues.
Check your login details
- Use the email address you registered with. If you have more than one email address, try each one.
- Passwords are case sensitive. Type your password rather than pasting it, as pasting can add an extra space.
Resetting your password
- Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
- Check your inbox for a reset link (be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder).
- Click the link and enter a new password.
Note: For security reasons, the reset link expires after 24 hours.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive
- Wait a few minutes, then check your Junk/Spam folder again.
- Make sure you entered the exact email address you registered with. A different address will not receive a reset email.
- Request one reset only. Requesting several can invalidate earlier links.
- Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@delta-esourcing.com
- If it still hasn’t arrived after 30 minutes, contact the service desk with your registered email address.
