If you require assistance setting up authentication for the first time, or you're experiencing issues with your authenticator codes not working, please follow these steps below:
Setting up multi-factor authentication
Before you start:
Download either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.
How to Set Up MFA
- Log in as normal using your username and password.

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Save the backup codes shown on screen.
- Enter the token code from your authenticator app and select Register.
- When prompted, enter the one-time passcode from your app to complete login.
- Trust this browser to reduce verification prompts. Choose 30, 60, or 90 days.
After setup, each login will require your username, password, and the one-time passcode from your authenticator app (refreshes every 30 seconds).
How to Remove and Re-Register Your Authenticator
Below are instructions on how to remove the existing authentication entry from your authenticator app if it is showing as invalid.

Remove the Existing Authenticator Entry titled "BIP Solutions" from your authentication app
- Log in to Delta and go to the authentication settings.
- Remove the current BIP Solutions entry associated with your account.

Register a New Device
- After removing the previous entry, select the option to "Register Another Device" when prompted during login.
Please note that we do not have control over the authenticator app itself, so we're unable to resolve this issue directly from our side.
